Hoe download ik de App?

U gaat in uw App/Playstore en tikt bij zoeken ''Great Stay'' in. Deze downloadt u. Vervolgends kunt u deze openen en ons park zoeken. U kiest de gewenste taal en of u pushmeldingen wilt ontvangen.

In onze App vindt u alle informatie die u nodig heeft, maar ook kunt u broodjes bestellen en inschrijven voor het zwembad en de animatie. 

Do you accept bussiness bookings?

No, we don't accept bussiness bookings.

Is it possible to check in after opening hours?

Yes, this is possible. Our reception is opened from 9:00 till 17:00 o'clock. If you arrive after opening hours, we ask you to contact us via the intercom. Then one of our staff members will check you in as soon as possible. We would appreciate it, if you let us know in advance if you arrive later, then we can take this into account.

Is it possible to book two pitches or accommodations at one?

If you want to book online, you can only book 1 pitch or accommodation at the same time. It is possible to make two seperate reservations. In the comments section you can mention that the two reservations belong together.

Is there an entertainment team, and when?

The animation team will be present again in 2018 for the nicest crafts, fun games and crazy adventures!

Is there wireless internet and what are the costs?

Yes, you can use the wireless internet almost everywhere on Recreatiepark Duinhoeve.
The costs for the Wifi, are € 0.50 per hour, you can get the login code at the reception.

You can log in with a Wifi code on one device at a time. If you are logged out, you can log in again with another device with the same code.

Are pets allowed?

It is allowed to bring two pets per pitch max.
In the accommodations pets are not allowed. In the rental tents only on request.

Is Recreatiepark Duinhoeve suitable for the disabled?

Our accommodations don't have special facilities for disabled people, and are only accessible via a step. For the camping sites, there is an adjusted sanitary building at field "Uil". This sanitary building is equipped with a shower and toilet with special handles.

Should a deposit be paid?

Yes, for the campsites we ask €10 deposit for the shower-cards. 

Can I park my car at the pitch or accommodation?

Yes, it is allowed to park 1 car at your pitch or accommodation. You can park an extra car at the parking place in front of the reception.

Is everything included in the mentioned prices?

The prices on the website are including toursist tax.
There are additional costs, like an extra person, dog, duvet packages or cleaning costs.

If you book online, these costs will be mentioned clearly.

Must there be paid in advance? If so how much?

Yes. After you have made a reservation, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount (plus possible booked cancellation insurance) within 14 days after the reservationdate. The other 50% must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Can I also pay upon arrival?

If the arrival date is within 14 days after reservation, it is possible to pay upon arrival. This is possible by Meastro card, Visa, Mastercard or cash.

Are unaccompanied youths accepted?

Unaccompanied youth are not allowed.


What are the arrival and departure times?

Check in is possible after 13:00 o'clock. You must check out before 12:00 o'clock.

What is the size of a pitch?

About 100m².

How many ampère is available?

Every campsite has access to 6 amp. (1320 watt).

Do I have an own water tap, drainage, tv- and electricity connection?

You have at the comfort campsites. At the basic campsites you have electricity and a shared water tap.

Can I place a small extra tent at my campsite?

One small tent per pitch is allowed. This can not be bigger that 4m2 and should be a point or dome model. Keep in mind, that you should also park your car at the pitch.


What are the arrival and departure times?

Check in for accommodations is after 15:00 o'clock. You must check out before 10:00 o'clock.

Is there a cleaning fee?

The cleaning fee is NOT optional but obliged. We ask you to leave the property behind clean and tidy.

Is it possible to stay with more than the maximum number of people?

No, the accommodations are equipped for the maximum number of persons.

Is it possible to place a baby camping cot in the bedroom?

Yes, this is possible in some accommodations. Please ask reception if this is possible in you accommodation. You can bring your own, or you can book one in advance. The additional cost for a baby camping cot is € 12,50 -.

Should I bring my own sheets?

Pillows and blankets are present in the accommodations, but not in the rental tents.
It is possible to rent duvet packages for € 8,50 per person. You can also bring your own sheets.

Can I place a small tent at my accommodation?

This is not allowed. Only at the rental tents it is allowed to place 1 small tent.

How can I get the deposit back?

If you have a creditcard, you don’t have to pay any deposit, but we use your creditcard number as a guarantee.
When you pay in cash or with a “meatro” card, we ask for a deposit of € 100,-. After inspection of the accommodation, the repayment amount gets deposited back into your bank account.

Zwembad openingsdagen

De buitenzwembaden zijn geopend  tot 4 september 2022.

Het zwembad is dagelijks geopend van 10.30 uur tot 20.00 uur. Met uw papieren zwembadkaartje kunt u de toegangspoort openen. Dit kaartje ontvangt u bij het inchecken ( 1 per persoon, geldig voor het gehele verblijf) . Toegang tot de zwembaden is alleen voor eigen gasten. 

Wanneer is het animatieteam aanwezig?

Het animatieteam is in 2022 aanwezig in de meivakantie (30 april t/m 7 mei), Hemelvaartweekend (26 mei t/m 28 mei), Pinksterweekend (4 en 5 juni) en in de zomervakantie (16 juli t/m 26 augustus) . het vermaak van de kinderen is voor een leeftijd van 4- 12 jaar.
